Founder and Managing Principal of Armada IP Capital. Previously, he co-founded and managed Soryn IP Capital. Prior to that he managed InnoVia Capital, a US long-short equity fund. He had also lead R&D and IP related M&A at InterDigital. Inventor of over 450 US patents and applications. EE PhD, Wharton MBA.

John Garland

Industry known and respected Licensing Executive. Previously he was the VP of Licensing at Rockstar Consortium, EVP at Rembrandt IP Solutions, and Co-Founder and EVP of ThinkFire. He also served as the Director of Worldwide Licensing at Lucent Technologies. EE BS, Lehigh MBA.

Larry Shroepfer

He is a partner at Potomac Law Group and has extensive experience with IP licensing agreements, legal structures, and IP law. He served in senior licensing roles at InterDigital, BTG International, and Tyco Electronics previously. JD Law, U Wisconsin.

Jeyhan Karaoguz

(Advisor to Armada)

He was most recently VP and GM of Intellectual property at Avago Technologies, and was the VP of Intellectual Property at Broadcom prior to that. He has generated $Billions in IP licensing for Avago and Broadcom. He is also a distinguished researcher and one of the most prolific inventors in the US with over 750 US patents. EE PhD.
